National Gallery Directors’ Dinner

To celebrate an important anniversary, we were tasked by the National Gallery development team to create a “pearl” inspired canape, dinner and cocktail menu. The climax of the dinner took on a playful note, as a giant three tier retro hand decorated celebration cake was wheeled to the top table for the host to cut. Guests then tucked into a delicious champagne strawberry birthday cake with strawberry sorbet.

Violet & Jerusalem artichoke risotto, Minus 8 vinegar, crispy fried artichokes & wild herb oil

Birthday Cake – Strawberry & lemon, white chocolate cremeaux, vanilla genoise

The Pearl: gin, green apple liqueur, elderflower, cucumber, sparkling wine

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
