Chanel: Fashion Manifesto

Taking inspiration from Coco Chanel’s timeless signature pieces and key exhibits in the V&A’s blockbuster show, we created an elegant, feminine menu of highly visual canapes, bowl food, food stations and cocktails with a distinct Parisian flavour.

Two tone ballet flats – Two tone salted caramel and charcoal duck liver macaron with pineapple powder

Tweed Two Piece – Nori seaweed and tapioca “tweed”, celeriac tartare, yuzu, ginger and cornflowers

Monochrome Collection – Seared Falmouth queen scallops, cauliflower, golden raisin, squid ink & fennel puree, edible black lace

 

Bowl Food

Ruffled tiers – Potato gnocchi, shaved tete de moine, shaved blac truffle, caccio pepe velouté

Classic steak frites, watercress, Bearnaise sauce

Rouge Allure – dark chocolate lips with fleur de sel caramel
